Lead Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
- All referrals are subject to Anthem Business Solutions approval through management and ownership.
- Referral leads are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- Incoming referrals will be compared to the Anthem Business Solutions CRM software to confirm lead has not already been submitted and is not currently being processed by the sales team – only new referrals will be accepted.
- Referral Award payments are only available on P.O.S. System leads, not on up-sells, down-sells, components, or entry level solutions.
- Referral Awards are only paid on leads that purchase directly from ABS and go live with the system as a direct result of contact established from the lead submission. After ABS has been paid in full according to the terms of a specific sale and the customer is still open for business and using the system purchased from ABS at the time the Award is processed, then Referral Awards payments will be processed 60 days after the go-live date has occurred.
- Referral submissions expire after 6 months.
- Referral Awards are subject to any, and all taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Referral program subject to change without notice.
- Referrals are paid on a per-account basis, not per location. As an example, if the lead submitted owns 3 locations, 1 reward will be paid to the individual who submitted the lead in accordance with all terms and conditions.
- By agreeing to the terms and conditions herein, you agree to grant Anthem Business Solutions permission to use any and all contact info provided as we see fit.
